Rachael brings experience in nonprofit operations and organizational development. Rachael, who came to Anam Cara as a family caregiver, was inspired by Anam Cara’s excellent care and critical role in the well-being of our aging community. Rachael focuses on operational strategy, sustainable growth, and development to enhance Anam Cara’s impact and accessibility.

Jen brings experience running a small business, with a background in bookkeeping & management. Jen joined the Anam Cara family in 2020 to oversee our financial well-being. Jen supports team operations and strategic initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
