Our RN Case Mangers

Available to support our caregivers, clients and their families 24/7, our team includes four heart-filled, thoughtful, extremely qualified Registered nurses. Our RN case managers take pride in their ability to respond to questions, concerns and needs around the clock. They work with each client and their families to develop a custom plan of care. They are accessible and approachable to the team, providing supervision, training, and guidance to all caregivers as the needs of our clients evolve and change over time. In addition, RNs read every visit note after a caregiver’s shift to track changes and potential concerns of each of our clients.

Our Caregivers

Our approximately 40 caregivers are at the heart of Anam Cara, providing the day-to-day presence and personalized support that define our in-home care. We deeply value the unique gifts, life experience, and perspectives each caregiver brings.

Our team includes individuals from a wide range of backgrounds—including those with past clinical training, personal caregiving experience, and community-based care. We carefully select our Anam Cara caregivers based on their capacity to connect with and support individuals through a holistic, relationship-based model of care.
